Our laboratories propose a new nanotechnological product for surface treatments: Dollcoat SA 115. A true innovation in the field of pre-treatment and industrial painting.

Dollmar’s chemical product range for surface treatments is now enriched by Dollcoat SA 115: a chemical nanotechnological product for the pre-treatment of iron, steel, cast iron , zinced iron and brass.

 

Dollcoat SA 115 permits to reach excellent results on treated pieces thanks to its absolute versatility and adaptability to the clients’ needs. It has been applied to the production processes of some of our clients with excellent results and moreover has obtained quality certification from some leading national institutes.

 

Dollcoat SA 115 permits to obtain:

 

  • an increase in the passivation of treated metals
  • maximum adhesion and protection of iron, zincate and aluminium articles
  • improved adhesion of epoxy, polyester and acrylic paints
  • excellent flexibility of pre-treatment
  • excellent barrier effect towards water and oxygen
  • increase of anti-fire properties
  • no "drop effect" on treated pieces
  • elimination of sludge deriving from manufacturing
  • resistant to over 1000 hours of testing in saline fog on iron, aluminium and zincate
