DOLLMAR S.p.A. - Informative information relevant to Art. 13 f D.LGS. N. 196/2003

In observance of the instructions foreseen by the new code regarding protection of personal data, some general principles are as follows:

Art 1 (Right to the protection of personal data)
1. All persons have a right to the protection of their personal data.

Art. 2 (Finality)
1.This document guarantees that the treatment of personal data will respect fundamental rights, freedom and dignity of the individual with particular reference to privacy, identity and protection of personal information.
2.Treatment of personal data is regulated so as to assure an elevated level of protection of rights and freedom as of comma 1 in respect of the principles of simplification, harmonization and efficiency of the foreseen regulations for their exercising by the interested party and for the fulfilling of the obligations of the holder of the information.

Art. 3 (Principle of necessity in information handling)
1. Processing systems and programmes are depicted hence reducing to a minimum the use of personal and identifying data so as to exclude handling when the finalities in the individual cases can be realized via anonymous data or opportune ways that allow the individual to be identified only in case of necessity.

Art. 5 (Object and application limits)
1.The present code disciplines handling of personal data, including that of detainees abroad, made by any person established in State territory or in places which are subject to State sovereignty.
2.The present code is applied to the handling of personal data by any person established in the territory of a country which does not belong to the European Union and uses instruments situated in the territory of the State which may differ from electronic ones on the condition that they are used only for transition to European Union territory. In case of application of the following code, handling responsible must nominate a representative who is established on the territory so as to apply the disciplinary terms of the handling of personal data.
3.Handling of personal data by individuals exclusively for personal ends and subject to application of the present code of data only is destined to systematic communication or to diffusion. In any case the dispositions regarding responsibility and safety of data are applied as in articles 1 and 31.

Art. 6 (Handling discipline)
1.The dispositions contained in the present Part are applied to handling of all data, except where foreseen, in relation to the handling of integrative dispositions or modifications in Part II.
Data arriving in Dollmar S.p.A. regarding contractual relations finalized to the presentation and receipt of commercial offers to personnel selection and the formation of contractual relations in general, is the object of processing or manual handling for the finality of the following:
a) executions concerning civil, fiscal and accounting laws; administrative management of the relations; observation of the contractual obligations regarding the services and products offered;
b) Information regarding future commercial initiatives and announcements of new services.
Dollmar S.p.A. declares that it will guarantee the safety and reservation of the personal data in question the handling of which is carried out by Dollmar employees, collaborators and consultants engaged in carrying out their duties. The holder of data handling is, of course, Dollmar S.p.A. with administrative headquarters in Caleppio di Settala (MI), Via B. Buozzi n. 2, tel. 02/9509611 and the firm's responsible data handling is Gianfranco Galli, Vice Chairman of the Firm.

We remind you that as the interested party and regarding responsibility for handling, it is possible at any time to exercise the following rights according to Title II of the present decree:
